We have an array of forging presses with 300T, 500T, 700T, 1000T & 1250T capacities.
Shot Blasting Machine & other post treatment facilities, Automated Circular Saw Machines with Poka-yoke, In-house Tool & Die Shop, In-house Maintenance Shop adds to our Forging strength.
Heat Treatment & Post Processes
We have facilities and expertise for various heat treatments viz. Normalizing, Shot Blasting, Hardening & Tempering, Annealing, Quenching etc. that are required for mechanical characteristics like surface hardness, ductility or impact resistance.
